# Bastions

### Wat zijn bastions?

Bastions zijn , vestingachtige gebouwen die je kunt vinden in de Nether. Deze gebouwen zijn gemaakt van blackstone en zijn vaak deels verwoest. Ze zijn interessant voor spelers omdat ze de thuisbasis vormen van de Custom Piglins, een groep vijandige wezens waarmee je kunt handelen. Door te traden met Piglins kun je unieke voorwerpen krijgen.  Meer info op de [Piglin Trades](/nether/piglin-trades.md) pagina. De bastions zijn ook zichtbaar op de [Nether dynmap](https://map.zenithkingdoms.com/questworld#Nether;flat;0,64,-4;0) van de questwereld, waardoor je ze gemakkelijk kunt lokaliseren en verkennen.
